The primary objective of Consumer Soundoff is to assist in the resolution of disputes between the public consumer and the business sector. It is my goal to provide a third party service which will strive for a solution to these conflicts. I will screen conflicts and pursue the ones that appear to be genuine in content. I would also like to raise the awareness of the necessity for increased customer service, satisfaction, and moral business practices. It is my belief that this will benefit all in the consumer world.
